Hey all,

Is there a way I can get access to the Helmsman Documents? I don't have a Nortel account rep to get these docs.
Can anyone help me out?

Bah, Don't listen to him, I will PM you an address to download them from. I will toss them on my FTP server and then remove then after you have downloaded them. Just let me know when you are done!

a wee late but i to am looking for a copy of helmsman. been working on a 250 without a copy for the last 6 yrs and i finding that i need to replace a matrix card. not too sure on the card replacement procedure.

dent,

use the email portion of the board and give me your address and the generic level of your switch. I'll send copies of the Helmsman doc and the Helmsman Software.
