The waiting time for what?  What time do you want to extend?

Sorry, my english not so good...
I'll try to explain..

In a Call, A --> B, A send the number and B answer.
I need encrease this time ( the waiting time for answer).

according to a certain PABX's manufacturer, i need tha "wanting time" be around 12 seconds.

in table TRKSGRP, i have the possibility encrease the interdigital time (R2, R_2 R_4 ... R_15), but i don't know how to encrease the "waiting time for answer"

thx, and sorry for my bad english again.

The waiting time for answer is 2 minutes (120 seconds) and can not be adjusted. This timer is an industry standard which is high enough to play long announcements (where answer supervision is not returned), but short enough to prevent fraud.

So there is no field in a table or office parameter where this can be adjusted.

Thx.

so, the problem must be in "interdigital time". I'll try to encrease them and see what happens!

There is some documentation about the function of each parameter in the tables?

exemple:

in the table OFCRTE, i have:

ADD GNACOLL 49 N GNA_01ZERO_PXR2 NOMOD
8
N 0 $

where 8 indicates how many numbers will be deleted.
but the others parameters?

Hey I may be talking nonsense as we have no R2 trunks in our network. But a quick look in Helmsman showed a couple of office parms that look like they may be relevant.

TABLE OFCENG;POS R2_AN_WAIT_FOR_ANSWER

Parameter name
     R2 Analog Wait For Answer

Functional description
A switching unit with R2 analog signaling requires this parameter. This
parameter specifies the length of time that a trunk waits for an answer signal
after the trunk receives all of the address digits.

Rules in provisioning
Specify the length of time that a trunk waits for an answer signal after the trunk
receives all of the address digits. The value of this parameter appears in
     seconds.

Range information
     Minimum Maximum Default
           0   32767     300

OR

TABLE OFCENG;POS R2DIG_WAIT_FOR_ANSWER

Parameter name
     R2 Digital Wait For Answer

Functional description
A switching unit with R2 digital signaling requires this parameter. This
parameter specifies the length of time that a trunk waits for an answer after this
trunk receives all of the address digits.

Rules in provisioning
Specify the length of time that a trunk waits for answer after this trunk receives
all of the address digits. The value of this parameter appears in seconds.

Range information
     Minimum Maximum Default
           0   32767     300
