Problem RTSing an STM
Jun 24th, 2019 at 3:44pm

I have an STM that gives me a response:
STM 7 LoadPM Failed : No response from STATUS message

I've tried doing a test but it comes back saying:
STM 7 Tst Aborted: Central Side Links Unabailable

The C side links post ok.

I don't see any blown fuses or any alarms for this cabinet.

Can someone point me in the right direction

Things to try if not already.

1) bsy,offl, rts network links.
2) power down stm , reseat control cards
3) lastly unseat all cards except control cards , maybe one is
causing reset issues. Also could try a swap of cards with know good stm.

Caution:  Forgot to mention that if you have a dram on this stm , be sure you know how to restore dram if you power down stm shelf.

Thanks don.  We had a power outage and 2 of our STM's are refusing to cooperate.

something else to try...

list the pmload volumes so they are attached to your user session then go straight to posting your pm and try to load
