I Love Telcom!!


	Call Pickup Aug 20^th, 2019 at 9:47am Hi All, Received customer request to convert their 5 digit dialling to 10 digit dialling. Does this changes affect on CPU feature? What is the procedure to use the CPU on IBN line? What is the procedure to use CPU on IBN Pphone ? Please help on above.

	Re: Call Pickup Reply #1 - Aug 20^th, 2019 at 11:38am Table CUSTHEAD will have OPTION: FETXLA that will identify the IBNXLA feature xlator. IBNXLA should have a CPU feature code data filled with the FETXLA (eg 95). >qgrp cpu <LEN_or DN> to see members within CPU groups. If a member of a cpu group is ringing another member could hit 95 and "grab" that call. However, if multiple phones ringing and the CPU had to be selective that would require testing a little as been a while since messing with that.

	Re: Call Pickup Reply #2 - Aug 22^nd, 2019 at 2:34pm Thinking the call pickup variant to get a specific ringing phone would be the fetxla for DCP (directed call pickup). Dial the DCP feature code as found in IBNXA and then the extn.
